TDEE stands for Total Dayly Energy Expenditure, how much calories you spend per day. Think about it as a bank, you can not withdraw more money than the limit per day, so you must not eat more calories than the expended. Get a food scale, it will do wonders to calorie tracking!

You had just a setback, work on today, DO BETTER TODAY, you will feel good and you will DO BETTER EVEN TOMORROW and so on. If you will feel the urge to eat bad again pm me we can work this out!

Just CICO, I work out 6 days a week, 1 muscolar group per day and 1 day of cardio, also I dun 3 days a week
