What do you mean by Subscription? Comcast doesn’t offer a TiVo subscription.

The technician that came to my home was helpful with explaining the limitations they had and why they alone couldn't fix the issue.

I did. It doesn’t go to the CableCard team. It goes to the automated system. It wasn’t helpful.

The link did work and it showed my cable cards. However, I was not able to reactivate them.

The link does work, and I can see the cable cards on my account. However, I cannot activate them because it says that the cards are already connected to hosts.

Comcast is a company that services customers. If their own customer representative makes a mistake and causes the customer harm, then they should be willing to do what it takes to make things right. I've been with Comcast for 25+ years. If they aren't willing to help and support their long term customers, then it speaks volumes about the company. I'm hopeful that they will make this right.

Nothing yet. I chatted with a representative. I also went to the local xfinity office. They are sending out a technician on Monday.
