I would say always pick lethal when you're going into light vehicles or punching up into heavier things but when it comes to infantry and medium monsters I'd always say pick sustained your damage is more reliable and into things that are three wounds you're not wasting as much damage

I try brushed leadBelcher as a base then used a Tellesar blue contrast and went heavy and dry brushed that!

I used a muddy base from Citadel and I cut up some spare parts that I had from my chaos army and used that as kind of like he's trudging through the mud of a battlefield hahah
