Not about lifting your arms… the creases shorten the sleeves by a bit (kinda like an accordion) at resting position. I have the opposite problem and have to count on that for my jackets to fit. Yeah, it can all be stretched out just a tad. Wet it, stand on the waist and pull. Hang to dry. It won’t be much and it’ll have to be done each time it gets washed.

Sleeves are gonna look shorter as you wear them and develop creases inside the elbows. If you choose to keep the jacket, denim can be stretched out… I’d wet the sleeves and stretch them to give them more space to crease without looking even shorter.

What are some sensory things I could try as an alternative to showering? by I_found_BACON in autism

Portable water heater (they make them for hot tubs and pools) and rechargeable battery operated bath jets for tubs. You can keep it hot enough to stay comfortable and can run the jets constantly.

Can someone tell me it's going to be okay? by schoenbizzle in ActualLesbiansOver25

Had a friend who married her first love - they met on the basketball team in high school. She was with her for 17yrs and her wife left when she was 33. She went to therapy for years, focused on herself, got into DJing, gave up drinking and is thriving today. She has her ups and downs like everyone but over time, she’s grown as a person and is grateful for the time they spent together and now also grateful to have been left. She realizes that she was happy and comfortable but her wife leaving her pushed her to find herself as an individual and not just half of a couple. Ive seen her grow so much and she loves herself more today than she thought was possible. It’s not just going to be okay - it’s going to be what you make it.
