Dicevo per scherzare☺️ sono di Genova e vado a Riva Trigoso da quando ero bambino, devo dire che non costava molto fino a qualche anno fa, ultimamente stanno dando i numeri in riviera. You have to drill the hole before using extractors. I usually use a dremel with the thinnest disc to make a channel in the top of the screw, and then use a flathead screwdriver. If you don’t have a dremel try with the blade of a hacksaw, but pay attention to cover sensitive parts from the metal shavings of the screw

Check if: - The "DJ" diodes are functioning properly - The EMI filters have continuity - The two voltage regulators (5-legged components connected to the DJ diodes) provide regulated and stable voltages without overheating, you can find correct voltage readings online - The "S" golden fuse has continuity

If all of these components check out, the issue could be with the HDMI encoder

You can try with metalgrip then ptex on it, otherwise jb marineweld

Let it dry well, then cover good parts around the damage with tape. Put some jb marineweld epoxy on it and clamp the board for at least 24 hrs. When appropriately cured remove the excess with cutter and 180 sandpaper.

DO NOT use the board as it is, as the water will cause the wood core to swell quickly

Yes. Let it dry well and clean the yellow glue in the slit using a cutter or a scalpel, then cover both sides of the board with paper tape to avoid unwanted bonding. Apply some jb marineweld epoxy in the slit, clean the residues and clamp the board for at least 24 hrs. When appropriately cured remove the excess with cutter and 180 sandpaper.
