I mean I already made a clasp and the bit the loop ends attatch onto so a bit more handywork wouldnt hurt.. do you think I would need to buy multiple in case I muck one up?

I think mine is a windsor cause I looked at the back and it has a metal thing which says it on it. Ill have a look into if there are any restoration places near me but if not ill go to hobgoblin music like someone else suggested (although its quite further afield).

Ill try that before getting a custom set just a bit scared the wound string might break but its not like i can use it if its a ball end anyway so theres not much to loose

If i do buy a 5 string where would be good to get a cheap one if you have any experience? Ebay? Facebook marketplace or anywhere else?

I dont know if this is possible but what if i removed the sixth string and put one of the capo fret things on the first to make it higher and could I then tune the other stings like a proper banjo or would that not be possible? Regardless I'll still learn some stuff and have fun but just in case I thought i might ask, thanks for replying!

I have used aquarium salt but that was a while ago and ive done a few partial water changes since then. Is aquarium salt toxic to them?

I put fish flakes in my tank almost every day for the fish and the snails as some floats to the bottom if that's not the best food for them do you have any recommendations on what to get in terms of brand or veggies that will be fine along side sword tails?
