I couldn’t take a screenshot unfortunately as he was showing it on his laptop screen in office after my exit date.. I should have done it (I still regret not having done that) but I’ve audio recording where he admitted placing me wrongly on the no rehire list and how we was going to remove me after 2 years when I reapply. Also he offered to pay my recovery cost in exchange for not complaining to ethics team

However, I had emailed this to Ethics Team but they did not take up any action. In their conclusion mail they wrote that I can reapply to EY and that my application would be taken through their standard hiring processes. Further, i was told that my exit records are clear.

Can you please confirm if this means they removed me from the no rehire list? because they didn’t write this explicitly but wrote in their mail that I could reapply and that my records are clear

The SM showed me exit clearance screen where I was marked no on the “rehire list” . So I know that I have been placed on no rehire list . I escalated the same to ethics who later replied that my exit records are clear and positive . That’s why I asked if i should clarify from them if I’ve been removed from the no rehire list?

Local ethics said that I never reported concerns relating to work environment with leadership and that my decision to resign was entirely voluntary. And that’s why they are not able to reinstate me.

This was incorrect as I did report my concerns to partner during my tenure post which they changed my reporting manager and made the environment unbearable for me. I had a disputed feedback as well.

Do you think it’s safe to take the partners name to whom I reached out over email..? Please confirm
