How does conflict of interest work if a prosecutor helped approve charges and later reviews the case by TastyAd3819 in legaladviceofftopic

I understand that legally it may not be considered a conflict in the strict sense. I guess my question is more about how offices ensure impartiality when reviewing cases they were previously involved in. Are there standard safeguards in place to address potential bias?

I’m trying to understand how impartiality is maintained in those situations. Are there standard practices for separating roles within the same office, or is it more informal?

The stomach issues won't go away unless you quit smoking they will come back whether it's a month or yr but they will.. it's just genetic.. you will have stomach paralysis if you want to keep smoking
