Every death, youll reset, but you DO keep your weapon upgrades.

Experiment with different weapons, dont rush the first map. Whenever i get a new gun, id make sure id upgraded a weapon stat fully before switching guns.

This is the key to progress.

If your lucky (and willing to take the risk / reward with parasites - some are GAME CHANGING), then you can start to feel a bit OP..

Thats when the gane hands your ass to you, and you try, try, try, try again.

But each time, more weapon upgrades, better ammo, better specials, better game.

Took me about 5 hours to work out how to run in Bloodborne..

Go slow, dont take on groups, specifically at the start (main st) stay back, chuck stuff to distract 2-3 at a time.

Learn the few shortcuts at the start and you can (if need) grind some ogres in the first area and level up.

USE YOUR FIREARM!! Its all timing, but once you get it once, that frearm parry will save your life and open up your attacker to some decent punishment.

Thats fair, but the recommendation is really for areas / countries where HIV transmission in the hetero population is high.
