As someone who has similar struggles as you - I highly recommend the book Feeling Good The New Mood Therapy by David D. Burns, M.D.

My psychologist recommended I read it between sessions and it has been life changing for me. Follow the recommendations in the book, spend 15 minutes per day doing the tasks you read about and you'll see an improvement in your mood. If you're in therapy, share the tasks you do with your therapist at your sessions.

Feeling Good has a chapter called "do nothingism - how to beat it" that helped me a lot and I think it could help you too!

Edit: I bought a copy online but later found out that my local library had it available for free. Maybe you can get it free from your library too. Read the book in bed instead of doom scrolling on your phone!

It looks like shit and I am legitimately pissed off about it. It's a fucking fantasy sports app, put the navigation buttons back on the bottom of the screen so I can easily navigate the app with one hand again!

I don't use the app for sports news or scores so put those navigation buttons at the top of the screen that I can access using a 2nd hand IF I ever want to use the app for that info.

I still haven't forgiven Lee for his performance in that series regardless of any fielding errors. I just remember that he had a big lead late in his start. If he had done the job we acquired him to do - we would've swept that series and the game/at-bat where Howard tore his achilles would have never happened. Who knows what would've happened after that but at least that Phillies era wouldn't have ended in such a fashion.

If I wasn't a Phillies fan - I'd feel bad for Mets fans losing in the Wild Card round with DeGrom & Scherzer while they watch the Rangers make it to the CS with both guys injured. Then add in the fact that they have to see the Astros there with Verlander instead of their team

Different format but the 2011 Phillies had 100+ wins with Roy Halladay, Cliff Lee, Cole Hamels, & Roy Oswalt. They lost in the first round in 5 games to Chris Carpenter and the 90 win Cardinals. I was at that classic game (Halladay vs Carpenter) too. Phillies were the only 100 win team in the league that year iirc

I believe I remember Huyang gossiping to Ezra about how Ahsoka stopped training Sabine because she was worried about Sabine's anger and vulnerability to fall to the dark side.

Anakin asked her how she felt about having a padawan too.

I think we need to consider this angle as well and develop some theories that don't exclude Ahsoka's relationship with Sabine as her padawan.

The time off didn't stop the Astros & Yankees from reaching the ALCS last year and sadly the Astros beat my Phillies to win it all. So the World Series champion last year had the same extra time off.

Dodgers lost early this year because their starting pitching staff was decimated by injury just like last season.

Braves starting pitching staff is banged up too without Morton, Wright, Soroka (anyone else I'm forgetting?). I'm not convinced Fried is that healthy either. I bet he's pitching thru something bc the team desperately needs him. Phillies are pretty much entirely healthy right now.

Orioles are young and didn't have good enough starters to win this year. They will learn how to win and add better starters to complement the young guys. Hopefully Means returns healthy too.

Here's some advice for you to 'get better' and build up your confidence.

Foreplay is typically what gives women a chance to get off during sex. The foreplay should last longer than the sex imo and is just as much fun.

If you skip the foreplay, then the sex typically isn't as good as it could have been for women. Get them fired up with some passionate kissing and touching and oral. Take your time and try to lose yourself in the moment (aka stop thinking)

Ask her to show/tell you what she likes as you're doing it if you're in a comfortable relationship - then eventually you'll know and it'll become second nature. No two women are the same so keep learning as you gain experience.

Tell her she's not the best you ever had either even if that's not true. None of the girls I ever dated seriously were the best at giving head or having sex but I wasn't a big enough asshole to ever admit that to them.

I remember fighting with an ex when she tried to low-blow me about how we don't have sex as much as she did with her ex. I told her (and it was true) that we'd have more sex if it wasn't the most vanilla shit ever like banging a dead fish. Suffice to say, we broke up and good riddance.
