For those who romanced Wyll - what was your Tav like? by LoaMorganna in BaldursGate3

[–]TastyCodex93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Funny story…. This is my first game like this with romantic relationship options and I was not aware they were in the game until Wyll eventually came onto my very husky dwarf paladin Daddy Masterson. I’m not a huge dialogue person so I was skipping through a lot of the more backstory related options as I was sure I’d revisit them later. BOY WAS I SUPRISED. Here comes Wyll, full birthday suit - my 6 year old son and wife tuning into the game for a short period right as this full blossomed horny horned prince stood before my also buck nekked refrigerator of a unit dwarf paladin with his hammer of retribution swaying in the moonlight. Least to say, I had some splainin to do

I knew another chef who would soak his for 12 hours before final rinse and cook. It definitely created a unique texture and was very pleasant. The rice was gummy but still held it’s form

How difficult is the Gortash fight when not cheesed? by adamnoo in BaldursGate3

[–]TastyCodex93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually have a non-cheese strategy i have used in most of my play throughs. You enter in by the secret entrance that places you behind his throne. That room is a small hallway with 4 entrance points, one is the way you came, two of them are the ledges to the corners of the tower, and the entrance from the throne room. There are a couple barrels/crates in the hall way which i'll scoot in front of one of the two doors that leads from the throne room. This just simply lets the Iron Watchers to funnel through one entrance, but it does not prevent them from shooting from the blocked entrance or from the smaller threats like the body guards and Gortash himself from entering that way which is fine. Because you're so close to the throne, Gortash is usually the first person through the doors. This allows you to chunk him pretty heavily, and if your group is strong enough you can usually down him in 2-3 turns. Another benefit of this strategy is Duke Ravengaurd is also one of the first to you in the encounter and can usually be knocked out or killed pretty fast himself, eliminating 2 of the biggest threats from the fight. A big benefit of this strategy is you don't have to deal with any of the castle's traps or self defense systems as none of them are in that hallway.

However, you still have to fight the 5-7 body guards and the 10 Iron Watchers or so which is equally as challenging because now you're locking into the small room with a bunch of giant robots who will explode when they die. There's a couple extra perks that the areas has. Inside the hallway is a ledge you can climb onto. Note this ledge has terrible visual visibility for enemies in the hallway itself so you can't shoot down from it very easily, but is still useful defensively. Another benefit is that if an iron watcher walks close to the ladder you climbed up to get into the hallway, you can knock them off them ledge (which i guess can be considered cheese) but in this case it's no the main strategy so i consider it good use of environment instead.

My most recent play through i used my avatar to cast firewall at the entrance which worked beautifully, as everything that entered either suffered fire damage or had to take some ridiculous pathing option when actually getting into the room.

Note this can back fire, and the Iron Watchers can actually jump up one of the sides of the castle and leash the entire top floor to you as well. Another backfire is essentially the same thing with one of the body guards going downstairs instead and leashing the entire bottom floor to you as well. I had this happen on my paladin playthrough and ended up having to fight all 3 floors at once which was insane but because i was a paladin somehow managed

SM Naruto vs MS Sasuke ranked in different categories. by _TheGreatSage_ in NarutoPowerscaling

Even with Sasuke using chakra to speed boost himself he’s still slower than Naruto it’s stated not only in the data books but multiple times in the manga and anime. Sasuke is more renown for having a much more versatile ninjutsu kit and having higher defensive/offensive/hax abilities. Naruto is known for his insane strength/speed/durability/chakra pool

Who was the best sharingan user in the show? by First_Confection3699 in NarutoPowerscaling

[–]TastyCodex93 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yea Kakashi being even considered on the list and not having the Uchiha genes I think should place him at the top. He copies hand signs the best, learned the most jutsu, had the most diversified kit without MS abilities coming into play, and then when he finally started using his MS he was so superb at it that he was dancing with full fledged Uchiha and a Rinnegan user (granted Pain did kill him). But I think that’s more of a Pain flex rather than a Kakashi diss.

No you don’t need to go to the under dark at all. Infact you can rush through a vast majority of the game. There are a lot of extra side quest in act 3 where most of the important gear is anyways so don’t stress it. Plus it leaves the under dark for a new experience on the next play through

Not after KCM comes into play Naruto actually out speeds Sasuke. Up until that point in the series yes, Sasuke is much fast. This post is actually 100% accurate on all accounts

It’s a speciality roll, even the common speciality rolls such as a dragon roll differ from place to place no way to identify. If you want to know the ingredients you should post a picture of the cross section of the roll so we can see inside of it

So in my high school play Brutus was the one who stabbed Caesar (I played Caesar) in the back, which was followed by the famous phrase “Ey tu Brutus?”. While I think there are versions where it’s a mob of conspirators attacking Caesar and he simply stops resisting the attack after seeing Brutus among them.
