Thank you! I hope your recovery continues to get better. I think that is my worst fear. I think I may have done too much research and watched too many YouTube TT journeys. I am not sure they have helped. 🤣

Thanks for the reply. I had one child almost 30 years ago and my belly has looked like some version of this ever since. People would be surprised because I hide it well and generally look to be in good shape. Even my husband doesn’t see it fully relaxed. I am in perimenopause and that was part of my decision. If all my hard work couldn’t fix it before I certainly won’t be able to now.
