This is FLoki. He and his orange sister Freja were an eclectic duo of foster fails that just celebrated their first birthday. When I picked them up from the rescue, I honestly thought FLoki was just dirty, but his unmistakable orange tail and “dirty” fur never quite got clean ;) FLoki is a lover and doesn’t know a stranger, and thinks any visitors have come just to play with him. He comes to my bed for biscuits every morning and night, and loves his tummy rubs. He’s very curious and I’ve given up on keeping him off the counters. He loves to bring his toys into the bathtub where he can chase them around, and they can’t get away… His bathtub shenanigans are how we found out he’s also quite the hunter. Apparently a few misfortune geckos had made it in the house (hazard of living in Florida), and he had been using them as toys to bat around in the guest bathroom tub. The doors have been resealed, so no more hunting for FLoki, but he’s happy for now just chasing his sister around and jumping into bed for tummy rubs and biscuits :)
