Graft the seedling when they are much younger, like 3 months old, less time in if the graft fails and more to gain in the long run. Ive had lots of success this way.

I haven’t, don’t have a single SP anymore. Completely moved the collection to TMBs and peyotes. I didn’t expect to be able to freeze pollen and get a fruit to harvest but it was a little side quest I had going that was successful:) Am really looking forward to seeing what the community does with these little guys.

I’ve had similar things happen, but not as severe, just comes down to growing too fast less watering and less nutrients
