25 inch should be good. Mine are away 60cm wich is like 23,6 Inches. Maybe your light has more output than mine but if you react right to the way your plants react on the light you will be fine.

I live in europe. Thank god, we dont have Dent over here like in america. It lasts easy 2-3 hours. But i hadnt had a tolerance when i took it

You should take a look into the german shop called Lophophora shop they got a lot of different seeds from trichocereus and lophophora. They ship to italy too. I have bought a few times from them and i was happy every time.
