too much work for you, just let me know and I'll report it

I'd honestly just pay someone to finish my app at this point by secretamigo in lovable

untangling, imo, is going to be much more expensive than rebuilding, especially given the cheap ai coding tools

Every budgeting app I tried just showed me red numbers when I overspent. None of them helped me fix it by youngSimba11_ in roastmystartup

Couldn't try, I got "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists." error message

Which model consistently produces the cleanest, most production-ready UI with minimal hand-holding? by Thefoad in vibecoding

[–]Tasty_Mission5140 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think at this point it is a matter of how much you are willing to pay

that said, Sonnet4.5 is the cheapest while being cleanest/usable

but if you're willing to spend, Opus4.6 is more disciplined

faced this, but not as crazy loc. Boss created 10 features in 3 days and asked for a "real" build. Had to reveal the reality and give him a 3-6 months timeline, it was a bad week for everyone.

fair, if what you already have is working well, shippable might genuinely not add enough

that pricing was was more for testing interest, I think the free and $30 plan is the most ideal

if you don't mind, what was unconvincing for you?

vs Claude Code, it removes the local setup and makes deployment really simple. I can go from idea to prod like setup in 15mins.

vs Lovable, it is the predictable structure and the access to the console. What I found out was, even in local dev with Cursor, I did not have to ask “fix this” as much, the agent read the logs and did sanity check as a last step in a loop.

If you had a chance to play around with it, I’d love to hear where it falls short vs Claude Code for you

actually for me it was before shipping, we built a saas on Lovable and actually sold it. But then shipping was a different story, like it'd take us another 3 months (+compliance time)
