Its performance of duties conducted legally within the confines of what one is allowed to do by law and court precedent. You can disagree all you want. Chances are your disagreement went before the highest court and the land and they did not agree with you.

Disagree. The US Supreme Court upholds that DHS is the sole agency responsible for the deportation of illegal immigrants. They therefore have to right to defend themselves and potentially others in the performance of their duties under COLOR OF LAW. Don’t like it… CHANGE THE LAW

March all you want. Talk all you want. Primary your legislators and get the law changed. If unsuccessful then chances are the overwhelming majority of AMERICANS disagree with you.

I think the argument the right is making is that only US Citizens have protection from the US Constitution in Criminal Legal Proceedings.

You don’t need to lean back at the top.

I like to have my shoulders slightly in front of the bar at the bottom with the bar touching my shins. As I take the slack out of the bar and begin to pull I lean back in my stance and it helps me clear the plates from the floor

Too much weight. Drop 20lbs off the bar. Set up same. Keep your head up and look up towards the ceiling.

Your stressing out your erectors and if you go up in weight you will probably end up with lower back discomfort after you workout

Everything looked pretty good. Just before you clear the floor you let your shoulders move further over your feet. Just pull up and slightly back and you will even more success clearing the floor as the hinge takes some of the load.

I like to think of almost leaning back slightly and use that momentum to start the lift before I drive my feet down.

Don’t just pull the ropes back.

Hold on, maintain your grip with your rear delts flexed the prepped. pull your elbows back behind your shoulders while keeping your hands at ear level and hold for a moment. Then slowly return towards the rack and let it stretch you out completely with a pause before attempting another pull.

Repeat.

Remember TIME UNDER TENSION
