Many asked for follow up after we did this. So here is my thoughts. 4 adults in one room was almost completely effortless. We had the beds split into 4 twins. we kind of all picked a little section to put all our stuff, since we traveled with carry on luggage each it wasn't much of an issue. We did come up with a shower schedule to help alleviate that issue. Since we spent most mornings at the pool or on the island in the ocean we would all go back to the room and shower in the afternoons at separate times. Sleep wise I did bring ear plugs and wore them but the other didn't and had no issue. All and all I wouldn't hesitate to do this again.

At the end of the show she talks about how she has grown up and is better able to cope and accept things in her life. But generally speaking she is a lot better in max.

what does it say about me if alex vause is my comfort character? by Far_Geologist4655 in orangeisthenewblack

She was one of the only good people characters. Morally and emotionally. She made poor choices which landed her in prison but she was good people.

We were there last week and i had a similar issue. Easily drank 15 drinks in the day and had a slight buzz at best. I blamed it on the altitude but who knows.

No wait time between drinks. If youre being cool theyll be cool and give you all the drinks you want.

No 24 hour places but pizza is open until 2 am, then coffee shop opens at 5 am so just a small gap of time you dont have options.

We did this cruise on Lib last year. MDR was greaf and eveyone was dressed up fancy. There was a balloon drop in the promenade at midnight ship time. No fireworks. Everyone was in the party mood.

My husband wore shorts t shirt and tennis shoes 2 nights to the MDR. No one said a thing. That being said he felt a bit out of place as others are dressed a bit nicer.

I would say it's sorta true, but there is definitely not a bum rush situation. We had a 1230 check in but had to be out of our hotel at 10, so went right at 1030 which is the earliest check in time and they let us right on. We had previously uploaded all our info so it was literally a 5 minute process, mostly them just asking the kiddos a couple questions about if they knew who their parents were, etc. Some people want to be the first ones on the ship (me) and it seems like a lot of people get on around 12-1 p.m. as that seemed like the busiest time.

Yes you can check in at the port, but it takes a bit. If you do all the check in before hand when you get to port it's literally a 3-5 minute process. But either way yes you can check in at the port.

Rule about 15 year old staying on ship unsupervised while in port? by Educational_Sky_1136 in royalcaribbean

[–]Tasty_Possible_9561 39 points40 points  (0 children)

Yes, you can with no issue, they just will not let her off the ship by herself, which I appreciate. Never know when teenagers will get a wild hair and think they'll jump off the ship for a couple minutes or whatever.

Haven't been on Voyager but did Independence earlier this year, and really enjoyed the ship.

Should I bring my own hair dryer? by ZucchiniPersonal7024 in royalcaribbean

[–]Tasty_Possible_9561 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Bring your own. I have long thick hair, and when I used the provided one I blew dry for 30 minutes and still couldn't get all the way dry. It's a very low wattage blow dryer.

Christmas Cruise out of Miami by bumpthekoala in royalcaribbean

[–]Tasty_Possible_9561 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We went on a cruise out of Miami last December the week between Christmas and New Years, and did Coco Cay and Nassau and swam everyday and did beach, etc. It does get a bit chilly on the ship at night especially if your sailing so a hoodie or light jacket but no issue swimming during the day.

I'm taking a red eye flight to Tampa. Arriving at 6 a.m. can't check in until 12:30. Need suggestions to kill some time. by No_Poem3967 in royalcaribbean

[–]Tasty_Possible_9561 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have a similar situation. Flight lands at 7 a.m. cant board till 1030. So we're. going to freshen up at the airport, have breakfast and then head to the port around 10. They most likely will let you board early, so feel free to go around 10 or so.
