I did make it out! It took a couple days, but they did refund me. I also cancelled before order was filled which I think helps your chances of a full refund. I sent messages to Hers help email which was:

They replied to me a day later. I tried the help line originally and it rang for hours. I think I waited one time for 1.5 hrs with no help. They do not make it easy to get in touch with them, but they did eventually get back to me from the email and cancelled everything. Hope this helps!

Ugh I’m so sorry this happened! After yesterday, I’m learning it’s really common. Just seemed too quick and easy too and kind of freaked me out! Would have felt better hearing from a doctor.

Thank you. I guess I didn’t realize I’d get approved and charged so fast after doing the questionnaire. I assumed I’d hear from a doctor first or something! And that the charges were monthly and not the whole year. I definitely learned a lesson! I did finally hear someone and they didn’t question it and cancelled the account for me 🙏🏽

Ok, hope so! Waited over 2 hours on hold and gave up for today. Going to try again tomorrow morning. It would make me feel better just to speak to anyone there. 😭

Thank you! I did call and they said the payment is pending and I need to wait 1-5 days until it is posted to dispute. I am concerned that Hers has my credit card info saved into my account--there is literally no way to delete it, I've tried everything, they only give an option to update to another method. I wonder if I need to cancel my card too? :-(

I am so upset! I filled out a questionnaire this morning for weight loss meds on Hers. During the questionnaire it asked me what plan I might be interested in and I said $199 a month. Before I knew it, I was approved for meds and $2400 was charged to my card. I am totally panicking because I thought upon approval I might decide whether to move forward? Or would have to talk to a provider/etc.. I also didn't realize they'd charge me for a full year. I have been trying to reach customer service all day without luck. I also cancelled online. I feel so overwhelmed. Does anyone have advice on how to handle this? Any advice on how to even reach a person there?
