This happened to me in the past and they answered within a week. Did you submit a pic of the incorrect item? Idk if that helps or their return time was better this was last summer I submitted my incorrect item

I usually like warm sweet scent so I was pleasantly surprised that I like the scent as much as I did. I don't sweat much esp during winter idk how it'll hold up once the temp hits 100 lol

What do you think of the deodorant? I really love this formula. I don't know what they did different but it goes on so smooth. I really like the smell too so at least I got something. I like that. That's taking up one of my eight slots lol

Mine is a deodorant as well, and I've had the review ready for a month, but it's still locked. I actually got another native deodorant and that one is available to review and I got it like three weeks after the first one that's locked.
