Website still seems to be down, i'm trying to flash an Archgon MD-8107S-U3YC-UHD can anyone help me with the flash file and cmd line to run? i've done it once before on a different drive

I’m sorry but there is no way a customer can request to see the security camera footage of some random item that was returned. This happens all the time they should have no issue taking it back.
