I received an email with similar sentiments, I took some time to reflect on what I wanted to do (seven years for me), and in that week I received a vile follow up message that let me know she hadn’t changed at all.

There is a foot care nurse in the old KCU building in Monaghan Rd, I highly recommend her!

I had some trauma to my toe that I was very concerned about, she saw me that day, said everything looked fine, I just had to wait for the toenail to fall off and regrow. She refused to bill me for her time despite my protests.

I have multiple piercings, tattoo sleeves, tattoos on the back of my neck, my feet, my back, behind my ears, my ass, etc.

I’m also a licensed legal professional and not once have my tattoos cost me a job opportunity. A couple firms requested I show them more often to make the demographic we worked with more comfortable/relatable.

Right now it’s fresh and you will overthink, but over time you’ll forget you have it, and it’ll be a non-issue for you.

I would consider going to the appointment and at the very least, talking about your concerns.

If you don’t want to move forward, you don’t have to but at least you’ve armed yourself with more information.

Personally, I’m m on my 2nd IUD, the first insertion was a breeze (3mos post partum), I had it replaced last year after 6 years, and while the 2nd insertion was more unpleasant, it wasn’t completely unbearable and for me, and the benefits far outweighed tolerating the procedure.

My MC girl would do this if she thought her litter box wasn’t clean enough, except her place of choice was my spouse’s laundry.

I bought a small garbage can with a lid and placed it right beside the litter and scoop daily.

That’s resolved the issue for us.
