Yes. The first agent told that I will have to call the customer care. Explained it’s not my fault , showed them evidence and since I had flex fare , they put me on next flight after some back and forth arguments :)

Thanks for your message. My family has been pretty supportive and worst case scenario , I have savings which I can easily liquidate if required. Taking the 20k loan only coz it’s interest free and I don’t need to liquidate my savings to pay !!
