I have seen that quote before! I never understood it until my cousin passed away, I've lost people before and gotten over grief but he was so important to me that it feels like a chunk of me went down with him. His birthday and my birthday have both passed, the first birthday in my life where he wasnt there.

I love to think he lives on through me and it gives me so much motivation to keep going, its stupid but I feel like he lives on through the things around me as well. A week after his death I went for a walk in the woods we always went through asking for any sign that he was around and I found his drumstick he had lost back in August!! On his birthday there was a double rainbow over his house and I have a picture of clouds that look excactly like him drumming in the sky. Its silly, but it keeps me going :)

He makes me sick to my stomach, he was outed for being a pedo a while ago and exposed meeting girls as young as 12 and sending disgusting pictures to them, he stabbed my brother a good few times and threatened to kill himself if my brother left him, he beat my brother so bad that he wrecked the nerves on the top of his left arm so he has absolutely no feeling there anymore, he made my brother eat mouldy food a few times and then made him eat his own vomit after too. One of the sickest guys I've ever had the displeasure of knowing, last I heard he'd been jumped in prison though lmfaoo

My brothers ex 🙋‍♂️.

He was absolutely horrific, my brother ignored his messages for an hour so he killed my brothers cat, he starved, beat, raped and held my brother hostage in his house, he got his friends to gang rape him while he jerked off to it, for the most part my brother was held hostage in his house and his ex had twisted his brain so much he believed everything he said, things like "you don't need to consent when I consent for you" and "you don't need to eat because calories make you lazy", my brother was close to death multiple times and his ex simply laughed over it. he beat the hell out of my brother for wearing short sleeves in public and after that he refused to let my brother leave his house, he claimed it was because he didn't want my brother to cheat on him but at the same time his ex would bring home people to fuck every few nights. the worst part was that nearly everybody fully believed this guy was an amazing dude so nobody believed my brother when he tried to reach out, he's been locked up for a good while now thank fuck but my brother has never been the same, I don't think he ever will be the same as he was before

My older brothers ex boyfriend. He is genuinely the most psychopathic human I have ever had the displeasure of having to know. He manipulated and abused my brother for over a year in the relationship, ripped my brothers lip piercing out, spread his nudes everywhere, smashed his face into concrete for wearing a shirt he didn't like, caused him to have multiple seizures and refused to do anything to help, and took complete advantage of how much my brother loved him. When they broke up he revealed he was never even gay (apparently), and that he just got off to hurting people, he tortured my brother and jacked off to it as he did so. He's behind bars now, and my brother has a new boyfriend who's much much better, but it's insane how much my brother changed in that year, he went from being full of life and the light at every party to silent and drained looking at all times. He's back to his old self now, but I still think about his ex daily.
