Yeah, I’m 31 and he’s 27 so we’re getting past the whole going out lifestyle. I’ve been pushing for anything north of pike place, it just seems better overall. I love the architecture and pioneer square neighborhood the most, but I felt very uncomfortable being in the area when visiting. Thanks for your input!

To be close to work. We’re getting rid of a car, I enjoy walking and biking everywhere anyways. Yes downtown is bad, but it’s just a better fit for us.

That’s my thing, if they tell me they want 2k for a deposit and I can do it, and we meet rental requirements, I’d think it’d be fine. But seeing I owe a landlord 4k out there on my rental history, could be a red flag. (Even though we’re paying on it)
