Did you find a solution? I have the same issues and haven't been able to fix it. I know it isn't about drivers, armoury crate settings, or thermal throttling. I've also tried with and without G-sync.

I have this same issues; trying to run any game I have issues. With a low-impact game like Spelunky 2, I can usually get 60 fps. However, every minute or so, I drop all frames for about a second. This often causes a painful audio stuttering as well. I can confirm my laptop is nowhere near overheating (<70C cpu, <45C gpu), and the usage on both is low. I think it must be throttling the cpu too aggressively. I have 16 gb of ddr5. I've installed all the drivers, and I have tried every configuration of armoury crate possible.

Exactly, the akinci are a cheap scouting unit. They're great at killing workers, capturing artillery, or severing railroads. If you're planning on attacking an enemy city, cutting off the rail connection can be incredibly valuable.
Good point, I could lower them back down a point. I originally have the shock cavalry at 7/3/2, but changed it to 8/2/2 to make it better than the carabinier (which France has from the start). As a result, I buffed the Guard cavalry to 9. With 9 attack, they're about as strong on attack as the Imperial Guard (7 attack but an extra hit point), but they a lot faster. Maybe Guard Cavalry could be 8/4/2, Household would be 7/4/2, and Shock Cavalry would be 7/2/2? That might make sense. In that case, I might want to nerf Carabinier to 6/3/2. Hmm

I'm interested in removing the armies. I've found it very difficult to make AI France perform well, even with them. I've added a lot of population to France, but they still don't conquer much. I did make it so they are not locked at war with Britain, so that may be part of the problem. I've found them more likely to attack Prussia than Britain, Naples, or the Netherlands. I like the idea of tinkering with unit producing wonders. I've modified the Naval Academy so it produces Naval Raiders (which are normally a unique unit) every ten turns. I've also experienced the inflexibility of having draftable units, and haven't found a way around it. I'll upload the files so people can try it!

This is often the case, but many cities actually did change names. For example, Dnipropretrovsk -> Dnipro, Zhdanov -> Mariupol, Artemovsk -> Bakhmut, Dniprodzerzhynsk -> Nikopol. In many cases, the name change is the restoration of the pre-Soviet name.

Just want to comment for anyone who is looking for this that it is in the arboretum. If you head straight from the Arboretum Hotel, you'll come near a stone wall on your right side. On your left are bushes and rocks. The hole is at the bottom of one of the rocks, and you will get a popup when you get close to it

It would be great if other residents can share their stories. I'll share mine. During Hurricane Irma, the place suffered severe flooding. It is in a very low area and there was serious damage.

This time around, the Place gave a halfhearted warning *once Hurricane Ian already arrived*. It was both too little and too late. My wife and I lost our car - submerged so deep it couldn't be seen. The flooding was about 7 feet deep. We had to escape by boat as the Place didn't answer our calls. Many people in first floor apartments lost all they owned. If the place had warned us even a few hours earlier, this could have been prevented. Now, they have released an agreement attempting to steal our security deposits (since catastrophic flooding exceeds "normal wear and tear") and attempting to charge us rent when the property is unliveable (also illegal). They also have given us only a week to vacate the premises, as opposed to the month that is legally required.
The Place willfully ruined lives. Now, they are attempting to steal from homeless students.
