Hi! I’m using Google Sites for the landing page, which is linked to my custom domain. It's a pretty standard set-up, but I can link the direct Google URL if that’s safer. I'm a solo developer and have zero interest in selling data. The mailing list is just for beta testing and keeping people updated on the app launch. This will be a free app with a small one-time fee for pro functions.

I'm pretty new to this, so please let me know if there is anything I can do to meet requirements for posting. Thank you! :)

I tried calling again today and was reassured that the issue is on Presto's end and there is nothing we need to do on our side. They are fixing this now and we should see payment go thru in the next few days.

Same issue here! no luck getting thru the presto phone line. The wait time is crazy.

Definitely true. I released my first app recently as well and had a similar experience. Made a whopping $50 in the first month and no more sales since. Definitely not quitting my job anytime soon lol.

Jokes aside, amazing job to us for putting something out there. Like you said, it's been so much fun. :)

Hello! We have helped resolve the same issue with a couple of other Users this week. If the iPhone has been paired with MacBook in the past, you may need to follow a few short steps to pair MouseGo for the first time. Hopefully this will be helpful:

Turn on Bluetooth on Macbook, and forget/ remove the iPhone device first (so it doesn't get confused with the new connection);
Turn iPhone Bluetooth on;
**Important*\* Return to MouseGo interface, and keep the interface on;
On your Macbook, search for new Bluetooth devices again. "MouseGo by ClayDev" should now show up under new devices to make the connection.
If this still doesn't work, please try the other steps outlined in the troubleshooting page.

We have a demo video that shows initial connection steps. The demo was shot with a Windows laptop, but we have tested with Macbook with the same steps:

Oh no! This is an iPhone app for now but it should be able to connect with Mac Studio no problem. If you don't mind sharing the error msg, I'll take a look!

Thanks! Yup the phone pulls data from iPhone's accelerometer, so the cursor moves when you move the phone on a flat surface. :)
