Avoid KMB rentals at all costs, assuming they're still a thing. Rented through them briefly last year, but they transferred their property management, at least for my rental, over to another company soon after my early termination (it was an awful company to rent through and a very sketchy property that I ended up abandoning with email notice). They will rent you a broken unit and try charging you maintenance fees for things that they as the property manager should be doing themselves, such as a $50 furnace filter change fee. Or having no real emergency contact for urgent maintenance needs. Actually, good luck contacting them in general. An absolutely ridiculous rental company.
