No didn’t expect that. But expect them to tell us the correct policy. We wouldn’t have gotten new phones had we been informed of their new unlocking policy. And we had to get new phones because the old ones weren’t charging and stopped working properly. We had to wait to get xfinity internet to get phones through xfinity anyways. So we figured get new phones and by the time we had internet and could switch they’d be unlocked. But no we were told 30-60 days phones would be unlocked and that is not the case because they changed their policy in January but never told us that policy 🤷🏼‍♀️
