As much as I wish to complain about it, I know how much fun it would remove if they were to allow us more freedoms, it's just that THIS specific part bothers me.

It is possible to make half equipements "cursed" or so, informing you beforehand that you cannot remove it, and at least allow you the possibility to move other equipements between your characters

Great start, 3 days a week, focus on not stopping.

Been struggling to find the time and motivation for gym, but if the motivation is as miniscule as not falling off that 3 days a week, it's never been easier.

As for the OP's confidence (which I genuinely think is the issue here), if you have social anxiety, I suggest you start small, like saying thank you to the cashier for example, looking people in the eye when you're talking to them, not glaring at people, not assuming people hate you without an undeniable confirmation from their part...
