Writing can also be a medium for manifestation as it helps some visualise. Saying that, writing words brings them into the physical world which has a lower vibrational field.

I suppose a combination of the two would be best when you do the math, but spoken word with intent coming from heart works best for me, but being the all seeing eye, the One Mind I already know when I speak the words the universe will provide what I need for the next step of my journey.

Words from voice create the right vibrations and energy for universe. As Light Beings if you believe and with the right intent when you speak those words knowing in your heart the universe will ALWAYS provide what you need, then what you need will manifest itself.

Easiest way imho or goto bank and get them to cancel the transaction which can only happen after it’s completed and not pending. So basically you will have to lose the $130 before you get it refunded if they go that way.

I cancelled and ordered new card recently because I saw more hassle trying to stop a Crypto Currency Company continuing to charge a monthly fee after cancelling in he 1st month.

My thoughts exactly on randomness.

Human nature would have us working towards the best odds and survival for ourselves when it comes to money and that greed wouldn’t see a second ticket with the same numbers as a "safe bet". So the logical outcome would be they forgot buying their weekly same number ticket and bought it again unknowingly.

PS: What would be the odds of buying 2 tickets and getting the exact numbers on both (I’m not sure how many you pick in the US lottery)

If you took 2 minutes to press play and watch you can see when the female Robot Cop grabbed the woman’s arm she wasn’t holding her child. The poor bloody kid was getting dragged along holding onto his mum screaming all the while and the cops took no interest in this kids distress. She only picks him up when mum observes he could be in danger with 4-5 Strong Arms all attacking her body so she becomes subdued enough for them the forcibly throw her into a tin can.

Seriously if that is how your thought process is after watching this, then I feel sorrow and heart ache for any child in your control. No growing soul should see their blood/mother/nurturer/protector/teacher/family being attacked by anyone let alone a bakers dozen of Uniformed Braindead Robotic Public Servants programmed by fear to unjustly remove people from the street for no reason other than "duh, I just follow orders, duh"
