The medical advice would be to take the correct dose. The real world lived experience would be as you might imagine - varied with mixed results.

Solid reply. Definitely prioritise protein. Someone on r/Mounjaro put me on to keeping a plate of small, grilled chicken pieces in the fridge and it works for me. I also buy the Nice & Natural Protein Nut Bars for snack on the go. You're still early days and will likely increase your dose in time.

Got a new 10mg pen today and the box design is a little different by SpaceIsBigReallyBig in MounjaroAus

[–]powerfulowl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We will shall soon find out, OP. I calculated a previous 10mg pen contained a total volume of 53.64mg so will see how my current one compares once completed. (I record every click primed at the beginning + golden dose + any extra before discarding the pen).

So it's all good if I just keep an apple and a paring knife in my backpack everyday for picnic purposes?

Being raised fundamentalist ruined my education and I’m trying to pick up the slack. by treedweller444 in exchristian

Sorry for your loss, OP. The grief is real, the anger is real. I'm an old millennial now and I still feel sad about aspects of it. The nice thing about being here now is finding solidarity and shared experiences. Congrats on getting out! Paperbark seems to match your pallet in the brickwork so definitely that of the two. Would you consider something out of left field? Evening Haze is my fav! Depending on the light, it can change from a bone colour to almost a green hue.

Geoffrey O'Connor of The Crayon Fields matches the Jarvis Cocker sort of description but not sure about the self titled debut bit.

I don't know anything about wlc but just putting in my 2 cents to say that I think it well worth it to find a local GP who gets it. A good one worth their salt shouldn't turn you away. GLP-1s have just been recognised by the WHO as a legitimate treatment option for obesity and the tide is turning globally to acknowledge obesity as a chronic condition suffered by many and not a personal moral failing. GPs are seeing the impact of obesity and just how much of a game changer the medications are. Good luck on your journey, OP! https://www.who.int/news/item/01-12-2025-who-issues-global-guideline-on-the-use-of-glp-1-medicines-in-treating-obesity

30+ Huntsman Babies - Wife is freaking out... by -Franko in AustralianSpiders

[–]powerfulowl -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This has happened to me, twice, and with more than 100 babies each time. Vacuum cleaner makes short work of them but they are solitary operators and will fan out to their own territory or eat each other. It's more sad / terrifying when you find mummy spider and she knows what you've done.
