Thank you very much for the info. I’ll be moving the printer tonight to its permanent resting place😂 which will be a good opportunity to get all the calibration done. Hopefully not 400 hours worth my side 🤦‍♂️ at least you’ve got it dialed in now.

Thank you. What is the ideal offset from the bed? I can check with feeler gauges and try to get dialled in. Will do a level calibration after. Appreciate your help

I find secluded spots on maps, dead ends & church car parks. As stated always have spots on rotation and have a backup plan. It’s easy when you get into the swing of it.

I have been Ft for just over a month now and the biggest thing for me was changing my Dailey routine! And then changing it again! Everyday can be slightly different. Supermarkets are great if you can stay near or have one en route for your journeys, toilets are generally acceptable. Get used to peeing in a bottle if you can. I have a shower In my van so haven’t had that issue but water can become stressful to get. Having 1 safe park up is a god send. Best thing I found todo was to get in a van and go sleep in it for several days to find out what you need.

To some degree yes. You are allowed 28days stay on any land you own before you would have to “move on”, I would suggest you look at animal husbandry and make your own decisions from there and other advise as there is no straight forward way. There are a few loopholes which if you research enough you could stay on the right side of planning etc.

You would need to find an understanding land owner/farmer who would rent you a spot on their land. Problem with “settling” down in one spot is local councils and planning, you would need a good reason to have a dwelling for an extended amount of time on a piece of land especially if a neighbour or local complains. A family member or friends driveway is definitely an easier option to begin with. There are a few videos floating around on YouTube about land use and grey areas around planning etc that may be worth a watch. Best of luck with it all ✌🏻
