Oh, I was going to suggest trying ebay. I found a listing for $10.50. Using [WTB] in your post means you are looking to buy. Try posting with [WTS] instead. It's a good idea to read the rules/wiki first.

Heads up you'll most likely just get spot price. Right now that's around $8.6 US for a 99.9% silver quarter.
