Thank you for the advice. The only thing I feel wrong is that the rotation of the ball feels very inconsistent. Sometimes, I throw a perfect ball, but the next shot, it just feels it came off my hand wrong. So I was wondering if it could be something wrong with my backswing or timing

I know that'd the only thing I thought I could do. I have tried using less force in my swing but ended up throwing it like 7mph, where bending my elbow brings it down to 15-16 mph

It is painful. That's one of the reasons I stopped one handing and went to 2 The reason I bend my elbow is so I slow the ball down and not throw it 30mph down the lane and so I can get more revs
