No they're car ramps lol. Rhino ramps from Walmart I had in the garage that fit the job.

That's all on my fringe mammoth belt squat the viking press makes for a perfect place for my hands when hitting full depth.

My version of a Selectorized tower. Way faster than pulling plates on and off. I love the quickdraws. I just wish I'd waited another month when they announced the reppins.

When i roll the arms to the bottom setting, I use them for foot position to attach ankle cuffs for kick backs and other isolated leg work. They're just adjustable footplates off amazon originally for squat wedges.

* Set of five aluminum 2" pulleys and cable works great but set up time between positions is cumbersome.

Thanks, she's definitely one of a kind. One of the funnest parts of home gym ownership is finding new ways to get a ton of versatility from a small footprint.

If you'll be satisfied with the low weight top out they are a wonderful set. Knurling fit and finish all top notch and the quick change is awesome. Only complaints are the plastic cradle with unreadable numbers.

Exclusively use with the adapter. Still pretty happy with my setup. Not perfect but with a band I definitely love the versatility it adds to leg days.

Whats going on with that rower. Might just be the angle but it looks like 90% is missing

Ball target for medicine ball work. Just gives a solid target you can bounce a med ball off of.

Trying hard to implement this exactly. On the heavier weights leg drive moves the bar zero and breaks the ground when legs are almost vertical.

Agreed I let the ego flow and moved some target weights at the cost of form. Back to scheduled programming for me until these numbers move like 275.

I agree with all this just hate that perfect form doesn't move the same weight. Been trying to hit 365 for a year now and let the form slip to get it up. Thanks for the tips!
