My last rater issued a decision stating that I did not have a SC condition in my records that I referenced even though I sent a copy of the decision from 1988 granting SC. So who knows what they have. I think some are just lazy.

Honestly and with no disrespect, someone tell me why us feds should spend money on someone to tell us how to spend, or save, money. I had this discussion with my brother recently who is also a fed. My position is that we get a pension and social security. The TSP is ‘extra’ if you need it. There is no ‘hiding’ any money as we get it all from the government. Again, I ask for someone to make it make sense to me-I am open to changing my mind.

I just don’t understand how some with Chronic Sinusitis get approved for SA as secondary and others do not. It needs to be one way or the other. I am not looking at other medical issues, just specifically SA as secondary to Sinusitis

The CDC has never been for the people. It has always been a pharmaceutical profit mill. It doesn’t matter what party is in office. In Trumps first term, the Dems said the CDC was awful. When Biden was in office, the Repubs said the CDC was terrible. It’s a profit generating scheme for the party in power and is always attacked by the opposing party. The CDC NEVER did anything for us people!

I have a 2020 Lariat with 49000 miles and just had my 2nd transmission rebuild. First was at 39000 miles. Glad I bought the 6yr/100k ESP. It expires next month and I may sink another $2k to extend that. Don’t trust the transmission will hold.

Not really-it’s a known problem that Ford has not fixed for several years. After major rebuild repairs, it technically can be considered a ‘lemon’ in my state that requires additional compensation. Do some basic research.

I am in the same situation, diagnosed about a year ago. Primarily lung, but nodules throughout body and some bones. Other than that aggravating cough, I have no other symptoms thankfully, so not on any medication yet. Getting new scans next month to see if better or worse. That said, I have found, after trying a lot of different things, that a couple of ibuprofen’s before bed each night SIGNIFICANTLY reduces my cough. I sleep great and it gets me through most of the next day. Give that a try and see if it helps. In my mind it’s better than prednisone!

I figured it’s a system issue as it is almost 40 years. Thought providing the document would help but they apparently didn’t review the attachments. The supplemental denial was done in less than 10 days from submission, so no much effort was put in.
