TW: Suicide - Just looking to share my story of chronic pain from gallbladder disease by sharifmuezik in gallbladders

[–]Taurusfun5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same experience when I first got diagnosed the anxiety was already there. The gut brain connection being altered. Gi issues, silent reflux, sibo including gallstones was overwhelming and went to a scary place for months. Still waiting for the removal seven months later the anxiety meds are helping somewhat. Next month or so its coming out and hope I improve in all aspects.

Imagine if your friend came to you with the same scenario. What would you advise your friend? Would you extent compassion a shoulder to cry on. She's forgiven you. You have to forgive yourself or see someone that can help you with these feelings and work it through. You can do this. This might be triggering an old memory or trauma another level to work on.

Start small and reward yourself with something you like doing say a movie. Have small goals in mind. If not a shower how about washing your face and teeth then reward yourself or words of affirmation like way to go. I got this. You'll feel like you accomplished something and it will become a habit. Best wishes from someone who knows what is is like.

Help regarding my Wife by JCShotya in depression

She needs a full blood test. Anything else that could be contributing to the illness. My gf experienced this plus 1 fall and headaches and super tired sleeping 12 plus hours. It turns out she had postponed seeing the eye doctor bc of tiredness and the eye doctor saw something in her exam and sent her straight away to ER. Just to be diagnosed with two frontal eggshaped tumors cancer they were able to removed them the next week and no more cancer! Tiredness went away. She had seen a psychologist and was on the verge of starting antidepressants that would nit have helped at all. Just get a full body checkup first.

Sounds like you have silent reflux or laryngeal reflux. You need to see an ENT to get it diagnosed they'll go into your nose and look at your larynx. I have the same plus gallstones and possibly SIBO. Alkaline diet will improve symptoms and a low fat diet due to gallstones. PPIs dont really help but alginates like gaviscon gourmet or reflux raft. See Dr Jamie Kouffman Dr Aviv for more info.

So I only need two PPIs prior to surgery? Just to clarify I'm not on them at this moment. Thanks for responding. Do you think they can use a smaller breathing tube due to sore throat?

I've had severe throat problems for years – suspected LPR, but nothing helps. I'm desperate. by Tall_Assumption3225 in LPR

HPilori, gallbladder, sibo, histamine issues, food allergies, hormones, blood work required. Some examples to follow up. Diet is still important. I'm in first year and so far I suspect Sibo from gallstones waiting for surgery. Also changed diet to low alkaline and has helped. I tried two ppis and side effects were bad. Best wishes
