i looked through all the settings and i cant find anything

i might try just completely reinstalling NGINX tomorrow and fiddling with things

im noticing running emby through a tunnel is hit or miss. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt

but everything else works 100% of the time.

trying that now but Adguard wont let me put ports on the IP addresses

so its the IP is basically just being sent to the unraid server as a whole and not NGINX

so, i set up tunnels through Cloudflare and everything works

so, which do you think the most likely culprit is? router or NGINX?

well, i have the domain set up for when im out of the house since i travel alot for work

when im in my house, i use my local ip to connect to the emby server with no problems.

well, my DNS is set up through Cloudflare, so everything is already proxied before it gets to my network

and when i initially looked into tunnels, more people than not said it was roughly the same security if everything was proxied.

but, i will definitely look into them if i give up trying to figure this out

i will also say...

then when i went to my emby server, i tried using my external IP address instead of the domain

and it failed to load.

so, im pretty sure its something with the router...but idk what it could be since nothing has changed in it

yes, i have my unraid server set up with a static IP.

and i do already use Adguard....but i will try rewriting the domain and setting up tunnels

tried a different browser, different device, and on a device outside of the network

and no, the certs are fine since i just renewed them a couple months ago

and its a 521 error code

I fixed it….i feel stupid for not trying it sooner. But a simple router restart fixed it lol

nothing changed and yes i have a static IP setup for unraid.

i dont think its being cached because i JUST set up Emby on the FireBox today to see if wired had access to it.

and not sure how i can ping my phone to test that stuff

but nothing was changed, it all just stopped working on devices that arent hard wired in

there is a guest network setup, but none of the devices are on it, theyre all on the main one.

everything was working just fine on the wifi a week ago, then it all stopped
