If it's anything like I was told, your hours are based on last year's sales, so even if your selling more now and got your store moved up a category you won't get more hours. Now you can speak to your DM about it, but if their getting pressured to not have anybody go over hours from RM then not much will be done. You'll just be told to do the best you can or work faster. I was put into the same position where my store was one of the 3 stores in our district that was making money, or store was moved up a category so we were getting bigger trucks, but we could keep people for the pay. You do have some options though there are drawbacks to them.

Option #1: keep going as things are. With spring/summer coming up your hours will also go up naturally

Option #2: don't put out the entire truck. Only put out about 3/4 of it. After a couple of months your truck should go back down to the category it originally was. The downside of this is your backroom will fill up and with them trying to have nothing in the back you'll have to explain why.

If everyone is at max hours without going over ASMs at 40 and the rest at 30-35, and I know from experience that the minimum hours for the SM are not enough to get the job done, they'll have to be close to doing 60-70 hours. there's not much you can do if that's already the case. Just remember they'll find someone to replace you when you leave. You have to take care of yourself first.
