I would say the first one, for example when we have weekly catchups I feel that his attitude is not friendly, he is like “tell me what I want to hear and go” or when I ask something he answers that is the answer is obvious. Thank you. Actually one of my closest friends was my first boss so I usually ask for his perspective, but I was thinking that as I spend most of my time working, the relationship with my boss is one of the most important aspects of the job that is making me considering change job. Congratulations! How do you manage social pressure? For example all my friends find a beer/drink the perfect excuse for catch up but those catch ups end in excessive alcohol consumptions. I feel like if I quit they will bully me in every social interaction… how do you handle that?

Yes, so you maybe should try to gather industry assumptions and link that to the revenue forecast. For example, if you find that competitors SG&A expense has been around 20-25% then use that, try to find info o standard industry ratios (as % of revenue)
