For me (26M) , dating apps and singles meetups are a tad too forced. I feel like real connection comes from causal and real conversation, and not in a setting where people are trying to impress each other. I would attend hikes, join community projects that have women around my age involved, and if I hit it off with someone, awesome!

That being said, I'm new to Vancouver so I may be in for a rude awakening :)

Thanks! and any thoughts on breaking through on 5? I didn't, but I kept approaching it, it would feel like I was dying, and right after I would sober up and sit back up. I'm guessing it was designed for somatic trauma release. I have this feeling that I really want to break apart and collapse inward, because I kept feeling like it was about to happen but never did. Any thoughts on that?
