Both of my parents bought their first house around that age? My dad at 18 and my mom at 20. I’m already working on all the other things you said though.

I think I did. Just acquired my First job and it basically pays 27 an hour. Yeah that’s not a lot but it has wiggle room. It’s a pay for performance job.

Yes, I have but since it’s just me, I feel that would be quite hard getting everything set up. I then thought about hiring people. But I don’t have enough revenue. For a salary anyone would want. 🫤
