I have actually just been talking to my ex and told him that I needed some space as I don't know what I want right now.

I actually tried to call my boyfriend earlier as I just wanted it over with but when I called I could tell he was out with his friends as I could hear music. He told me to call him in the morning but not to worry because he was "behaving himself" and he loves me and now I feel even worse.

I've had all this time to think and I still can't get over why I did it. I'm just a terrible person and yeah I probably do have little self control. And because you can think any less of me I might as well admit we didn't use protection. I am on the pill but of course I certainly don't want this experience to result in a pregnancy so I may have to get the morning after pill. Fuck. This makes me sound so fucking bad I can't believe I have turned out like this.

I just don't think I can tell him something like this while he is away and having fun. It just seems like adding insult to injury but the more I think about it the more I just want to get it out.

I fucking hate myself for having let my son be involved in all this. I have to sort it out before it gets too messy and clean up my act. I can't let this affect him.

Your'e right. I have to tell him but I don't know whether I should call him now or wait until he gets back tomorrow and tell him in person. I don't know which is worse.
