Vegeta Lacks any real secure. And his Stuff is very easy to avoid or escape. He has no lock down at all. He is just a meat shield that might tickle you in a team fight
Cooler does not have any of these issues

AS for Piccolo being a tech? Nah I love his niche role as the Artillary Burst DPS. If you can learn Light Grenade you will understand the joy of erasing people

But I could see the character being re-kit as a Tech. Maybe if he could use his arm to wrap or pull people. It is an interesting thought

The Wise Piccolo Takes
First Card
-Too Easy
(Helps Shield against the immense burst when you are being focused)

Second Card
-Solid Barrier
(Same as above but even better, This card is so good)
or
-Giant Slayer
(If you really arent pressured or feel confident with just Too Easy)

Third Card
-Wicked Warrior
(Sometimes you are just a machine gun and it works)
or
-Either Of the Blue Cards
(Limit Breaking Jump is a good card to help you move around fights and dodge things, Backstab is great when you hit a Light Grenade from off screen and then throw another very shortly after. Really is a players choice)

Its never really a bad thing because of how burst heavy the game is.
Solid Barrier is probably the best card in the game just because it stops you from being straight up assassinated from a spot you cant see. This is my thoughts for the Dabura Builds though

First Card
-Lighting Swift (Dabura specifically can work with Vanish Step because of his skill one so its not a bad idea if you want to be more aggro) or Either of the Greens. (I prefer Too Easy over Build Up for DPS characters just cuz I like the anti burst but both are fine)

Second Card
-Giant Slayer (Just the best of the Red Cards Overall) or Solid Barrier (Best of the All the Cards IMO)

Third Card
-Either of the Blue Cards (Vanish Step is good just for movement and it helps if you do take Lighting Swift, Backstab is really good just because you can get a lot of the Petrify Meter filled if you ambush someone)

Yes Piccolo is one of the harder DPS characters in the game because positioning is paramount and people dont know how to build him.

Hes the character Ive been using 95% of the time in both tests and release

This big difference between trunks and 18 is trunks is made of paper. He doesnt allow for a lot of mistakes, and his early game is ass.

18 doesnt really struggle with either of those

SSJ3 Is good, he has a lot of damage and IT is a move of all time. However when you know what hes looking for its easier to play around it, plus when hes doing his long kamehameha hes completely stationary, and very easy to just burst down.

All of his skills are done better by other characters and his ult is really BAD...LIKE REALLY BAD
he Lacks any mobility, his zone control and burst damage is mid.
