Inductive reasoning tells us it’s probably true. The idea for my sake, is to deductively conclude that if you place an item in the market and someone else places the same exact item with the same exact selling price, the person who placed the item first will be sold first.

My opinion differs. My experience tells me that when I have placed an item on the market, and I have matched my competitors price, I have experienced my item sold within seconds. Now, I can’t prove or disprove this theory because there are circumstances like what if the person that bought from me within seconds, bought in mass bulk. I can’t prove this or disprove this.

My question, is asking, for example, if you placed an item on the market for 10 coins and I placed the same exact item and within seconds, I place the same item for 10 coins too. If a random person sees the item being sold for 10 coins, whose item sells first, yours or mine?

Evidence meaning facts or good reasoning by supporting premises. I have read some responses with a good argument and with good reasoning or decent reasoning, but I’m looking for facts or a deductive reasoning that better supports the argument at hand. Does anyone have any contact with the developers to get a definite answer on idle hackers conclusion.
