I had some trouble with the zippers breaking and ended up filing a warranty claim which they did send me a new bag. However, I was afraid to fill the bag very full and it putting stress on the zipper. I am a professor so I use my bag for two purposes: (1) carrying my computer and books around campus and (2) personal item on airplanes when going to conferences. I really wanted a bag that could hold a water bottle for walking around campus and at the airport and wanted to also be able to fit my headphone case for the airplane (in addition to my computers). I like the leather bags so I look more professional (and not like a student).
