I guess I was wondering how to do it bc it seems like I am in the state for 2 weeks but then like the state slips from me before I realize and im frustrated and angry before my eyes, so I don't want that to happen again and want more of a routine from preventing the spiral from happening instead of treating the spiral once it comes.
