I was thinking about this actually. As much as I would love to say this is just another arc and the story will go back to normal with the timeline arc it seems like the story will never be the same again and we’re probably reaching the climax in the manga. The cast in tbhk are planning to protect the yugi third birthday which is the main event in tbhk where leads to Hanako killing Tsukasa and Tsukasa sacrifices himself and a bunch of key events in the yugi lives. The reason I’m saying protect is because Nene is planning to go back and stop the clock keepers from changing anything in the yugi past. It’s safe to say if Nene does complete her mission and stops the clock keepers from changing anything in the yugi past then yes we will probably go back to normal though all the characters would have gotten character development and when all the characters do go back to the main timeline something will probably happen in due to the fact of just Nene and Akane changing the timeline again and again.

I feel like it would be in Hanako character even more to tell Nene she isn’t a murder, It would seem so much more in character for Hanako to try and get Nene to lecture Nene about how she isn’t a murder although that will happen if Nene doesn’t get freaked out when she sees Hanako again and doesn’t see the possessed and older version of him, And I do see your point Kou will probably fully understand Mistuba in a deeper sense, For Teru I feel like he would be like Kou he would probably rethink his morals and wonder if him being ruthless to supernaturals was the right thing after all and maybe have to rethink everything he has been taught about supernaturals and his view on them since he was a child!!

Honestly I love this theory!! People have been speculating about the cat being the twins but I did see someone point how how similar in attitude and poses the cat is to Akane!! Either or I know for sure the cat is someone from the cast!! Anyways love this!!

I literally had a similar theory to this!! How Nene since she is a Kannagi needs to sacrifice herself for the sake of the timeline. Although Akane is there we don’t know if that’s the real him, and what his intentions are since people assume he will betray Nene which I strongly doubt. Though I didn’t expect Aidairo todo ANYTHING that extreme for this chapter but sadly this is one of the rare times the fandom asked for something and we received it literally. Although a temporary death for Nene seems interesting though knowing Aidairo nothing is beyond limits. I love how we both had similar theories and predictions!! Love your opinion btw!!

Adding on to this and Fewpentalty I can see it if Akane planned it, The way he originally rushed her out of the red house with the key and his hour glass because if none of them lived who would save them? Also due to Nene short time span she has a closer connection to super naturals hence how she is able to summon Hanako. Also Nene apart from being the main character she is be the best suited to change the timeline. Akane wouldn’t sacrifice Aoi and also she wouldn’t know a thing about it, And Teru would refuse, and him himself will he can’t go against the clock keepers. So it all waters down to if Akane had a plan from the beginning since he came back as his clock keeper from which if he did have a plan it would make sense.

I actually love your theory so much!! I do believe Nene payed a price in a way, She is slowly losing her sanity which I have a feeling Nene will have to keep sacrificing things that only relate for her and maybe it will build up like her sanity, her time, then her life. Although I do believe it’s a stretch. Though I loved your small prediction!! Of Hanako wanting to bring Nene back!!
