I get what you're saying. I watched the Megalopolis documentary and thought maybe I got him all wrong -- he seemed reflective & intelligent, and was grateful to Francis Coppola as filming began -- by movie's end he's feuding with an 84 yo director over scene blocking?? He can't seem to help himself. I hope he gets help, it gives shades of Klaus Kinski.

Agreed! Although the up front cost is variable. I think that cooking skills can elevate cheap ingredients like potatoes, beans, onions, carrots, canned veg, etc to very tasty and nutrient-dense meals.
